Please help us resolve your issue faster by including:
- Device: e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24, iPad
- OS version: e.g. iOS 18, Android 14
- App version: shown in PlantGuard AI Settings (currently 1.0.0)
- Issue description: what you expected vs what happened
- Screenshots if relevant (no need to send plant photos unless diagnosing a bug)
- Purchase issues: whether iOS or Android, approximate purchase date, and whether you tried Restore Purchases
Subscription and billing help
Purchases are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by PlantGuard AI.
- Use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen or in Settings if Premium is not active after buying.
- To cancel or change a subscription, use your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings.
- For refunds, contact Apple or Google according to their policies.

AI diagnosis issues
If a diagnosis fails or times out:
- Check your internet connection
- Try a clearer, well-lit photo of the affected plant area
- Use sample diagnosis to verify the app works offline from AI
- Free tier includes a limited number of real AI scans per month
